Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms govern all purchases made through this website, operated by Arctic Ice ehf., a private limited company registered in Iceland under company registration number 411222-1010, with its registered office at Suðurengi 18, 250 Garður, Iceland (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Effective 9 September 2026

1. Products

We sell premium bottled glacial water sourced from Greenland (“Products”). Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from actual Products due to natural variation in a naturally sourced product.

2. The “Buy 1, Give 3” giving model

For every 1 litre of Product purchased, Arctic Ice ehf. provides 3 litres of clean drinking water directly to communities in need, as described on the Site. This is a direct in-kind giving programme operated by Arctic Ice ehf. itself — it is not a donation made to a third-party charity or non-profit organisation, unless otherwise stated on the Site for a specific campaign. Any figures shown for total litres given reflect real, tracked data at the time of display.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email or on-screen confirmation.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU/EEA customers where required, with taxes for other regions calculated and displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). See our Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Policy for full details, including the sealed-goods exception for opened bottles.

6. Health and product claims

Statements regarding the Product’s origin, mineral composition, pH level and purity are provided for informational purposes based on available laboratory analysis and are not medical claims. See our Product & Health Claims Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arctic Ice ehf. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide you with additional rights that cannot be waived. EU/EEA consumers may also access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
