• Order data: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, order history
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies (see Cookie Policy)
• Marketing data: email address and preferences, if you opt in to marketing communications

We process your data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as implemented in Iceland via the EEA Agreement:

• Contract performance — to process and fulfil your order
• Legitimate interest — for fraud prevention, Site analytics and improving our service
• Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time

If you are located outside the EU/EEA (including customers in the Middle East and Asia), your data may be transferred to and processed in Iceland/EEA. Where we transfer data outside the EEA to service providers, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Certain countries (for example the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and China) have their own data protection laws — UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL, Singapore PDPA, China PIPL — which may grant you additional or different rights depending on your location. EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd) or their local supervisory authority.

We retain order data for 7 years to comply with Icelandic tax and accounting obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner.
