Product & Health Claims Disclaimer

What our product statements mean — and what they are not.

Effective 9 September 2026

1. General

Descriptions of the Product’s source (Greenland glacial ice), age (approximately 10,000–100,000 years), natural alkalinity (pH 9.1) and mineral composition are based on laboratory analysis provided by our supply partner, Arctic Water Bank, and are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date of publication. Complete laboratory analysis is available on request at contact@inuawater.shop.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Statements about the Product’s mineral content or pH level are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health-related decisions.

3. Regulatory note

Certain claims made in our marketing — for example “naturally alkaline”, specific pH figures and the age of the glacial ice — may be subject to food-labelling and health-claim regulations that differ by country. Claims are published in line with Icelandic and EU rules; where local rules are stricter, the stricter rules apply.
