Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact contact@inuawater.shop within the 14-day window.

Sealed-goods exception: this right of withdrawal does not apply once a bottle’s seal has been broken, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which permits sellers to exclude sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed by the consumer. This exception is stated clearly at checkout and applies only to opened or unsealed units.

For customers outside the EU/EEA, including the Middle East and Asia, we apply the following policy as standard, in addition to any stronger rights provided by local law: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Contact contact@inuawater.shop to initiate a return.

Regardless of location, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@inuawater.shop with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
