2. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout: 2–5 business days within the EU/EEA, and 5–10 business days for Middle East and Asia destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing for international orders.
3. Customs, duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU/EEA, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country. Arctic Ice ehf. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Damaged or lost shipments
Because the product is glass and liquid, please inspect your delivery on arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery to contact@inuawater.shop with photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
